EEA Registration Certificate & Hungarian Address Card (Student's obligation):
An EEA Citizen staying more than 90 days in Hungary has to obtain an EEA Registration Certificate and report his/her Hungarian address. Both obligations have to be made at the Immigration Office (official name: National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing) within 93 days counted from the date of crossing the Hungarian border when the Hungarian stay is expected to be more than 90 days within a 180-day period.

When we help obtain an EEA Registration Certificate and an Address Card for a Student, we provide the following:

assist your Student in filing the application and accompany him/her to the Immigration Office.
Pricing:
In case of more than one Student, we provide discount from our standard price of EUR 800*.
The above-mentioned fees do not include value added tax and reasonable additional costs, such as costs of posting or courier services (if any).
Higher Education Institution's Obligation:
The Higher Education Institution has no immigration related obligations with respect to its EEA Students.
